Data we process
- Waitlist and invitation

- Content and project
- Images, text, audio, editing choices, instructions, versions, generated results, and exports.
- Beta usage
- Limited first-party events such as one waitlist page view per browser session and day, requesting access, creating a first project, using credits, exporting, or returning during the test period. A random session reference and basic campaign tags may be attached. We do not use an external advertising analytics provider.
- Support, security, and billing
- Support messages, diagnostic and security records, credit movements and, if you purchase, customer, order, and subscription references. KomaClip does not store full card details.

International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer occurs, it must rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another mechanism permitted by applicable law.
We limit data sent to each provider to what the specific feature needs. The provider's own policies and terms may also apply to its processing.
How long we keep data
- Waitlist and invitations
- While we manage the beta and for no more than 12 months after the last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion or we must retain an incident record.
- Account and projects
- While you keep the account. Projects moved to trash are permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Temporary exports
- Normally for up to 7 days to allow download.
- Temporary or failed files
- Unattached files and failed generation inputs are normally deleted after 48 hours; replaced technical versions after 7 days.
- Security, credits, and billing
- For the time needed to prevent abuse, resolve claims, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Write from the email associated with your account so we can verify the request. We will respond within the legal deadline and explain any applicable limitation.
Minors, security, and changes
The beta is intended for people aged 18 or over and is not designed to collect children's data. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact support.
We use access controls, usage limits, encryption in transit, and retention measures to reduce risk. No system is infallible; if an incident materially affects your data, we will act and notify as required by law.
When this notice changes materially, we will update its version and date and provide reasonable notice.
